TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2 Fresh Cleaning Company

By scheduling a service with 2 Fresh Cleaning Company (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• Payment is due the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept card payments and electronic payments listed on the booking page.
• Failure to submit payment may result in suspension of future services and/or collections.

2. Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• The deposit will be applied toward the total service cost.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a $50 late cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
• Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

4. Arrival Windows

• We operate within arrival windows, not exact times.
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or prior job conditions may occur.
• If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee will apply.

5. Condition of Home

Client agrees to:
• Provide running water and electricity
• Secure pets or inform staff of animals
• Pick up excessive clutter before arrival

Heavy clutter, biohazards, pest infestations, mold, or unsafe conditions may result in refusal of service or additional charges.

6. Service Limitations

We do NOT provide:
• Hoarding cleanup
• Mold remediation
• Bodily fluid cleanup
• Pest removal
• Lifting heavy furniture or appliances
• Exterior washing above reachable height

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will return to re-clean the specific area at no charge.
Refunds are not provided for completed services.

8. Breakage & Damage

• We are insured and take care while cleaning.
• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.
• Pre-existing damage, wear & tear, or improperly secured items are not the Company’s responsibility.

The Company is not liable for:
• Items older than 5 years that naturally weaken
• Artwork, collectibles, or irreplaceable items
• Loose fixtures or improperly installed items

9. Pricing Adjustments

Quotes are based on estimated condition of the property.

Additional charges may apply for:
• Excessive buildup
• Pet hair accumulation
• Heavy soil
• Add-on requests
• Larger than expected square footage

10. Recurring Services

Recurring clients agree to automatic scheduling until cancelled.
A 7-day notice is required to discontinue recurring services.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
• The environment is unsafe
• There is harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff
• Utilities are unavailable
• Conditions differ significantly from booking description

12. Photography

We may take before and after photos for quality assurance and documentation.
No personal identifying information will be shared publicly without consent.

13. Liability Limit

Company liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service performed.

14. Agreement

By booking service, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
